1. Service Description:

Our professional services encompass comprehensive car detailing, covering interior and exterior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and various other services.
2. Scheduling and Rescheduling:

Appointments can be scheduled via our website or by phone. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations to avoid a $60 cancellation fee.
3. Pricing and Payment:

Prices may vary depending on selected services and vehicle conditions.

Payment is due at the time of service and we accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.
4. Service Area:

Our services are available in Troy, Michigan. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside these areas.

The travel fees in Oakland County are $10 to $20.

Travel fees in Warren County are $20 to $25.
-
Travel fees in Macomb County are $20 to $30.
-
For services where locations are 30 minutes or more, a $50 fee will be applied for every half hour.
5. Customer Responsibilities:

Customers must ensure that their vehicles are accessible at the scheduled time.

They should remove any personal belongings as we are not liable for lost or misplaced items.

Customers should inform us of any special requests or concerns regarding the service.

Customers are responsible for making full payment after the service, based on the selected service package, the condition of the vehicle, and any applicable fees.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee:

We are committed to delivering high-quality service. If you are dissatisfied with the results, please inform us, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.

Any lost or misplaced items that are found will be returned to the owner of the vehicle or the individuals present on the day of service.
7. Liability:

While we take utmost care in providing our services, we are not liable for any damages to the vehicle or its contents, except in cases of negligence on our part.
8. Privacy Policy:

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
9. COVID-19 Safety Measures:

We follow all recommended safety measures to protect our customers and staff from COVID-19. This includes wearing masks, sanitizing equipment, and practicing social distancing.
